OUR TRAINING PHILOSOPHY


Our colleagues at Authentic Consulting are convinced that successful learning has three essential components:

Desire for learning, and the commitment that derives there from
Being true to life
Raising consciousness about the achieved results

Consequently we strive to construct our training programs with this in mind.

1. DESIRE FOR LEARNING AND COMMITMENT

Our training does not start with an actual learning process. We believe in the importance of getting to know our potential participants ahead of time. We would like to learn everything about each other and about the planned common activities, as it is essential to a real personal commitment.

During this preparatory work we try to develop a conceptual, mental and emotional background, which aims to target the creation of an inner motivation.



2. BEING TRUE TO LIFE

What we mean is that the participants gain their knowledge empirically, which deepens during the process itself.

They live through the joyful experience coupled with difficulties and success.

Their inner-motivation forces them to get through the difficult parts. They consider their painful experiences just as precious as their pleasures, and are attached to both the same way, because these are the steps that lead them towards reaching their goals.



3. CONSCIOUSNESS ABOUT ACHIEVED RESULTS

There are important parts in every learning process, where someone has the possibility to look back and check the achieved results.

It is well known how fallible these result-evaluations can be.

There are things we can remember sharply, and we are able to apply them during or at the end of a process although we forget them soon; and there are things, which only appear later on, as an applicable knowledge or skill, remaining for further time. In spite of this fact, feedback is an important part of our training.

During the training period we provide it continuously in several rounds; and even after the training we offer some more feedback possibilities (personal experience exchange, help-group, follow-up training, etc.)
